1. That video was brilliant! I loved the lap record by Andy as it was more first hand view but this one had suspense! The car was on fire!
2. Haha, I won't lie, I had to look up those two people you mentioned above so I had no idea who they are, I also watched the video of Andy's lap online, it was pretty insane! How he did that in under 8mins is impressive!! I can't believe you've never heard of Guy Martin . He's never off the telly ! Here's the two of them trying for the Nurburgring van record . He does seem to have done a lot of documentaries for Channel 4, I've not seen any of them Worthwhile?
3. Haha! I must admit those small bikes look fun as hell. Now I know what @Stu's riding on his profile pic. Are they ever road legal or do you only get to ride them in a track? Well that's an interesting question . When I worked at M&P in Coventry we had a chap called Andy Carlisle working with us on Saturdays and Sundays . We used to sell cheap and nasty Chinese Mini Moto's and Andy bought a yellow one for a laugh . The story goes that he took it for an MOT by walking into the test center with it under his arm in a bin bag . Astonishingly he got a daytime MOT so he started riding it to work on Sunday mornings . He actually used to ride this thing about five miles including going round Coventry Ring Road . I made a vinyl decal of a banana to go on the fairing and I remember that it had a reduced photocopy of the tax disc on the screen . And that's a true story . By the way , Andy Carlisle went on to be the current fastest bike rider around the Nurburgring and became a close friend of Guy Martin . 4. It was 3 earlier in the day. I'd guess after XTreme's post the other 2 saw their ways and changed their votes.
5. OMG! It's only a matter of time till this practice is rolled out nationally. When the news broke about the VED tax proposal at the start of last month, we kind of knew this was eventually going to happen.

7. Lol, surely to qualify to be a key worker you would have to be working during this crisis Correct, but how do you legally travel to your key worker job on a 125 if you don't have a CBT/your CBT has expired? I stand corrected, mind blanked that some folk may be in the position that their CBT would run out during this period too.
8. Woah, that's some nice bikes to let learners practice on!
9. Ok, well, when I was learning, I used this website, it's got some useful tips to go by as a starting point. Stay safe out there. https://www.motorcycletesttips.uk/motorcycle-riding-tutorials/
10. The reason S-Westerly asked if you have done your CBT is that in the CBT road run, your instructor would have taught you what to do in those questions you've asked. Not a dig, just stating facts!
11. It's pretty mad indeed, I didn't even know there was trouble with Norton till this post. Like Richzx6r says, I feel bad for the folks who invested into the brand.

13. Mine runs out in april. Did 2 weeks ago to get it done early. Luckily I did, otherwise my bike would be parked up for the foreseeable future Belated congrats daveinlim
14. What happens if their CBT is about to run out within the next few months? Are they extended like MOT? Feel bad for anyone who's in that boat.
15. You can bet that if you get stopped Plod will figure out that you're nowhere near the direct route between work and home. I'm a bit stuffed on that lark as work is literally 2 minutes walk up the road. True, I would imagine we will have to play it smart and not take the piss too much, I live only around 5miles away from my work and there are several ways to drive home if I wanted to over the direct route but I do feel your pain Mississippi!
16. Well solo rides aren't banned, so in theory we could just take a long way round to work/home to enjoy some of this nice weather that is coming round the bend.
17. Well, Mr Zango is also not very upfront on what currency the money will be transferring from, we can't naturally assume it's going to be in Pound Sterling!
18. Or an option where it's a "No just now but eventually a potential Yes" I'm fine though, I voted No.... for now. Edit: Oh! It seems we can change our vote by submitting it again.
19. Now that's a top tip! Best to read the fine prints folk. Thanks Mississippi Bullfrog for this info!
20. Utter gutter! Can't believe they have cancelled the race but I guess it is safety first for all the racers, crew and audience I suppose.
21. I've joined too, I have no idea how to play this but hell why not, it'll be a good laugh!
22. The pillion passenger did look like they were going to pull out a gun on the rider but hard to tell, insane indeed this clip.
23. Depends where you are, between £60-90 is typical. In Glasgow, it's £60, however they are willing to reduce it to £30 if you pay within 14 days.
24. Hi folks, I want some input on this as I've noticed on my daily commutes to and from work that all the "experienced" bikers are riding in the bus lane to filter through the traffic queue, the bus lane in Glasgow clearly do not allow motorcyclist to use it but every biker I see is using it (especially in the morning); I just wanted to know if it is common in other cities too and where they stand if they get caught out by Police, it's not uncommon that Police are stationed on the main road I ride from time to time to assess traffic flow but I haven't seen them for a while. When I mean "experienced bikers" I tend to mean full licensed bikers riding by that are the main culprits more than learner riders, I do see a fair share of them using it too but they tend to follow suit whenever they see someone else doing it as they go pass them, it's kind of like a scene from Wacky races for folk trying to get to work the fastest.
