  1. fine on iphone after a refresh.
  2. as Yorky and Gero says: cars are different as they have two units very far apart (right on edges of a lane with a very wide beam so the spread across two lanes (one either side) so they need abit of redirecting. bikes are not that mostly (or should in view of licence and road manners bs- real world is totally different) single beam with a reasonable spread so they don't require it. a lot of modern motorcycles led units are quite bright while have a good spread of light.
  3. ive got the nxr which is a great helmet overall, just wished they had a better/tighter mechanism on the visor rachet, slightly more rigid visors and the pu coating on the lower sections of the cheek pads were thicker/stronger. visor options are really restricted and over priced. would buy again over an Arai defo.
  4. Mmmmmmm fresh rubber. 150-70? certainly not the most common, whats it going on?
  5. done. think numbers would be better than sliders. think more different engine configurations would be better too. depends on the vehicle, dont think a sports car would be right if it had an sound of old school air cooled single from ww2....
  6. might be a good idea to check the suspension is set up correctly and able to cope with the possibility.....
  7. volt meter will be your friend for both cases. treat it similar to bike for testing also id test the batteries solo, might be both are in poor shape or one is completely goosed while the other might be the barely holding on widdow, youll only know if teseted separated.
  8. probably hoping not to bring it up so nobody would take the piss of being blind, busting his balls, shat his pants at hitting it...
  9. Yep sounds like bs to me, well if u was on holiday or visiting and it got stolen there but not at home they will not pay out just because you didnt park it at home every night? jog on! if she was in a learning residential all the docs would be addressed to the home address regardless, same here. personally id get it registered at your address, say it will be kept at yours. if owt happened it would be classed as stolen while visiting the mother...easy.
  10. first check battery, Check fuses, fuel pump, switches, Starter motor. if these are really ok then come back with more info
  11. they are partially about in lancashire too. same here, nasty fing things! i dont even aim for the middle of them just because they're not even laying level or flat but then add in them breaking down is even worse so its a lottery if you can get it right. so its either skim the kerb and hedges or skim the cars on the right to get round them. only good for chavs in lowered cars back in the day but most have upgraded to the hamilton so no chance of them being effective on suvs
  12. yeap their all possible on all the talks, also if there is not enough air getting in but if its too rich then its the fueling first...
  13. soft spot for the abarth, E34 and alfas. buick id a bit of a lemon but fascinating at the same time. for me a good few have been ruined
  14. even when the internet fails most likely its a terrible idea. Joke aside dont bother wasting your time looking or thinking about it . just concentrate being a better rider and acquiring a better bike...
  15. dont know but they like tech and anything number associated so maybe? not bothered about the scoop but ive always hated the wing asmuch as the HDs personally.... just wished if the were gonna pmspend a fortune on something they might aswell made something different but cheaper to buy than a very narrow market bike sector that people will normally not buy chinese.... just saying
  16. where does the wire go? if it splits between the air box sensor and the ecu then it is a enrichment enhancer, if not tell us where its connected to then we can say more...
  17. it looks like a very basic and crappy frequency adjustment, if it was a fork lift truck it would be for different doors to open but if its a bike then id say its a richment adjuster at the airbox side.....

  19. i just have the anti reflective coatings as i dont want anyother more coatings for my work wife but wears them, she gettingthe new updated ones that work even with uv blocker car windscreens. some tinted visors do restrict them to an extent but limited compared to car ws.
  20. some helmets are better for glasses than others, shark, shoei etc. wrap round are better for the helmet but if you have pronouns brows or warm bloodied (cave man) they mark and fog badly. depends if your a summer flock er or a all year hore....a anti relective coating is better for fogging and weird reflection. are you long or short sighted? would tininting be ok?
  21. replace the whites for orange and its done. Think of Essex. i like it- That wrap should be road legal, no excuses for not seeing you. all they need todo is fill the bsb/wsb grid. track bike yes, as a road bike i think the ergos are ...definitely extreme.
  22. Sportsbikeshop. click the link at the bottom of the website. J AND S accessories. ghost bikes. you might get very lucky with a dealer. fit is paramount! not much use if its too baggy or tight or the protectors move out of place. Thicker isnt always better for slide protection but it is a decent indicator at first glance. EN 17092, AAA rating is best for tear, seam strength etc. look for well designed but thin level two protectors like oxford microlock and d3o.
  23. Hello. its a bridge to far for my expertise unfortunately but im sure one of the more well traveled members will be along for suggestions.
