fastbob Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 I think Ginger Nuts improve if the lid is left off the biscuit tin for a day or two thus allowing them to become chewy . On the other hand , if you prefer a crisp biscuit then the addition of a few sugar cubes to the tin will absorb surplus moisture. That's what my grandma believed anyway. Quote
