Up on a hill in Derbyshire. 5 layers is not enough 🥶

You need one that keeps the wind out better, and the sweat in 😂

Rode down to my son's place and when going over the Bristol Avon on the M5 bridge thought I'd get blown off.

Duly noted, we're meant to be heading that way tomorrow.

Depends how my booster jab goes though. I had pretty savage reactions to the first two jabs.

If you're anywhere near Buxton the Flash Bar cafe is highly recommended.

To be fair wasn't too bad once I got working. Was the initial shock of stepping out the van into the wind I think.

Well, I've just had to email UPS for an update on my parcel (Heed Crash Bars) from Poland. Its being held in a warehouse somewhere in Poland and has been scanned every morning since ordering it November. Parcel not moving for some reason or another, yet they have a delivery date of the 6th Dec. I suppose I will just have to sit this one out and wait n see. I knew it wasn't going to be easy 🤣

I have had that when ordering from abroad!

To then have the tracking updated in a morning at about 8am and then delivered at 9

Good morning :thumb:

I started a new but old job on Monday for a company I used to work for 12 years ago.

It's always good to make a good impression and leave on good terms, because you never know when you might need it:thumb:

It is but sometimes it's just worth it to tell them where to go 😁

I'm totally confused now. My experience was nothing like that at all. Mine was ordered in late October on a Monday night and with me on Friday morning.  Obviously something has changed. I'm assuming you've ordered direct from Heed and not some other supplier ?

Been there, done that and burned bridges with the best of them.

Yep I ordered direct from Heed. I received a reply from UPS, well a sarcastic attempt at empathy, basically telling me to ask Heed for help and ask them to  contact UPS Poland. I have emailed UPS again explaining they have the parcel, I have paid the agent fee and import duty to them, they must resolve. I will wait a little longer before I start to spam the CEO 🤣 Starting to think I could have been there and back in 4 days.

No ...would need a new body to be able to return to that .

Going to be working with a large telecommunication company delivering all the items the engineers need to install and maintain the infrastructure.
