I like a nice hot chocolate once a day would drink more but have to watch the sugar content.👍

Get some cocoa powder, is usually no sugar so you can control it better.

Just need to simmer in hot milk for a few minutes and (in my opinion) tastes better than normal hot chocolate

No meds here at 66 Swagman......I'm a f@cking Genetic Marvel!

Welsh DNA you see.......plus the knock-on effect of being a Viking Chieftain in a previous life.

I was told of this by a real psychic back in 1974.......she came up to me in a pub and told me that he was standing beside me.....and described him in intricate detail.

No.....not at all! It spooked me a bit at the time......she was an old gypsy woman. Told me he was there as my Guardian Angel to protect me from harm.

And looking back on situations that have happened in my life......particularly the car and motorcycle crash numbers......as the years went by I took it a lot more seriously.

As I have literally crawled from the wreckage without a scratch. There's on thread on here somewhere referencing these pileups!

She also said I would only have sons.......and I eventually would marry a girl with dark hair who would have health issues in later life.

Well in 1976 I married a redhead, so I thought she got that wrong. But I had 3 sons with her.

However, in 1987 I did marry a dark haired girl and had 2 more sons. And I think you know about her ongoing battle with osteoarthritis over the last 5 years.

There were other things she said.....have to try and think back.

Now don’t you think that if you had a guardian angel you wouldn’t have crashed in the first place.

I assume you suffer from a lot of tendon issues then. My previous doctor, who was brilliant by the way, told me that the reason I have so many tendon problems is because I probably have a lot of Scandinavian DNA, apparently tendon issues are very common in those with Viking ancestry.

This explains my tactics when sailing.

What ? Smashing it up the beach, killing all males within range and capturing anything vaguely female for lunch ...

The conversation is organic Bender.

This whole forum philosophy (which has been carried forwards for years) whereby you can only talk about the subject that the thread is about is ludicrous.

After all, do you sit down with people in a bar and start talking about bikes, and when somebody mentions something different he has to go and sit on another table and talk to other people about it?

I started with knees, then ankle joints.

Nowadays, because of reduced exercise it's in my hands.

The only remedy for it, and as a delay only, is living in a sunny place.

Cod liver oil and cat's or devil's claw if like me you don't like chemicals.

Don't you miss Portugal.....it looks to be a beautiful place?

I've got a mate there.....been friends nearly 20 years.....he's even been over here a few times to go riding.

He's from Porto.......but has a place nearer Lisbon now due to work. Amazing pics on his Ride Reports.

They are both plants used in alleviating joint pain and have anti-inflammatory effect.

Some people prefer one to the other. personally I used devil's claw because I feel it works better for me.

Doesn't mean it can't be swap from time to time to avoid the body getting used to it.

You can buy it from Holland & Barret or online shops.

If you're tight as me you get a capsule machine and make them yourself :)
