I need some advice:

  • Will make-up damage a helmet liner?   How do you clean it off?
  • What about hairspray and gel or wet salty hair having been for a swim?
  • Any recommendations for dealing with ear rings and helmets?
  • Long hair?  It’s to short to platt.
  • Any recommendations for dealing with long nails and gloves?

Not if you apply Cling film around the head.

Keep your nails in the toolbox, wear the gloves after applying Cling film around the head.

Helmet liner /long neck tube, look at fortnine recently made long neck scarf would cover all of the hair makeup earing stuff.

Long nails, scratch mits 😂

Boyfriends, shotgun strapped to side of bike.

Thank you for the advice, I didn't need to pass on regarding boyfriend.

She is well aware that her first boyfriend will be greeted by me cleaning said Shotgun.

Not my bike.

Solution for this evening is she has old helmet.  Will last for summer when doing rides to beach etc.

Most newer helmets come with removable washable liners , earrings studs or small hoops shouldn't be much bother , hair ....ponytail ? Or possibly a balaclava or thin beanie as for nails .......no ideas at all

OK, so it's not you wearing the make up, ear rings and various hair products then.

Daughters....there's only one strategy that works.....surrender gracefully.

And then granddaughters by which time your broke, literally 😂

just pop along to your local Harley Davidson boutique and peruse their extensive selection of fingerless gloves. I don’t know, what is it with bikers these days - no imagination and the answer is so obvious!!

Tell me about it - I've been out all afternoon with my two daughters and two granddaughters. I need a very large glass of something to recover.

I have been out all afternoon with my daughter. Meandering through the forest at 30mph.

I can only say the majority of drivers where very good to her.  Probably something to do with a Pink Moped and ponytail blowing in wind over jacket.

She was disappointed I wouldn't take her gear shopping in Southampton. However there is major road works (Redbridge Flyover, if you know the area) and some really bad driving.

I did however see her off on her first solo ride.  Tracking on, how I laughed as she rode in circles final her destination lost.

She got there safely in the end.

So now faced with hole new set of problems.

It seems Ped theft round here is rife,  left it out side the house yesterday for an hour.  I was warned about 2 being stolen so that makes 4 in last 2 weeks.

Just saying ... faze and phase have different meanings. It's no wonder we didn't get the gist of what you meant at first. 🤣

Title updated for you.  Yeah some times my English is different.
