  6. Hi and welcome to the forum Snell is not a brand I have heard of before I have just had a quick google and they do seem cheap Which to me suggests to keep clear With things like this I would always go for a long term trusted brand
  7. There is no wonder the high street is a dying trade And I am sure we are all guilty of contributing to it too! But then why wouldn't we? its all about convenience Remember the old corner shops/convenience stores where you used to pay over the odds for the privilege of it being convenient? well its gone full circle and you pay less for the convenience of having things delivered to your door when you want it
  8. Get ready for another year of everything that is two wheels, taking place from 4pm to 9pm on SATURDAY the 9th July in Barton Upon Humber Town centre ,North Lincolnshire. http://www.bartonbikenight.com/
  9. I have a soft spot for the TL1000s especially my old one that my brother has! I always said I would have it back in a heartbeat Well that option came up last night and I've said no So far I came to that decision because I had it in for repair last year and took it for a ride to "test" it and I bloody hated it I think I have got used to the armchair riding styles now
  10. Yes! I have been there! A change of bike helped me

    Heeeeelp

As above The clicking is the starter relay due to not having enough power to start the bike Charge the battery as for the burning smell it might just be because the exhaust is new
  14. That pump is the same as mine with just a different sticker Don't you love Chinese made stuff
  15. Just remember the aim isn't to test it at hard braking it's should all be measured on normal riding for yourself
  16. Shame! I'm busy on Sunday
  17. The dive isn't always down to preload! It will be on the compression damping! it needs to slow things down a bit so it doesn't dive as quick If you wind all the damping off then the spring will just bounce about like a pogo stick as they say! There will be nothing to slow it down and stabilise it You set the sag then you use the rebound and compression adjusters to get the ride you require
  18. I have one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/AA-Inflator-Compact-Lightweight-Travel/dp/B00HWMPK6S/ref=sr_1_6?crid=M8HLV0TFTWUQ&keywords=aa+inflator&qid=1656087214&sprefix=aa+inf%2Caps%2C108&sr=8-6 It is the smallest inflator I have found! I also have a stop and go plug kit I carry with me Even though the inflator is small its not small enough for under the seat as there is too much under there already Was OK under the seat on the FJR though
  19. And here's me thinking you was just addressing everyone on here
