  1. I have one fitted and you do get a bit of sediment on them! Not sure who makes mine though
  2. put it back in and see chances are its a plug with washer anyway or the crush washer has stuck on it will only drip a little so clean the area really well once back together and keep a check on it and park the bike on a clean bit of garage
  3. yeah you would have to turn it back on to use sat nav and to check in on FB it will flash up when checking in on FB too have you installed any recent apps or updated any? it could just be google maps in the background its a good idea to keep it off when not in use anyway as it will save battery
  4. thats exactly it i deleted a spam bot earlier that had posted on here
  5. sounds like GPS sounds like you have an app that is using GPS running go to settings>>location and untick "use GPS satellites"
  6. What do you need to warm it up for? You don't have heating Start bike put lid and gloves on and ride off steadily
  7. could be auxiliary belt on the alternator or power steering pump its hard to give suggestions really with a vague description
  8. Exactly what it says you have a fault on the injection system and you need to read the error code to see what it is I know on my bike I can read them without going to stealers
  9. I have seen one or two before but they are rather hard to come by Did this share the same forks as the zxr400 plus some other parts or was it just the kr1s

    K&N Air Filter

For the sake of 20 to 30 quid I would get it on a dyno then you know for sure The last thing you want is to hole a piston because its running lean

    Dyno's......

No don't need a power commander with a triumph You can access the ecu with tuneECU through a diagnostic port one of the few vehicles out there that allow you Although I'm not sure if tuners have knowledge of them I bet someone will know what they are doing its just finding them Setup is usually around 200 to 250 quid although I know one guy who sets power commanders up for 100 quid!!

    K&N Air Filter

If a bike was running lean adding an air filter would make it run even more lean and could damage the bike Majority of bikes run rich It is always best to have a dyno run done to see how it runs

    rear brake switch

Nah its really easy its not a strong one I can do them without tools You can remove it and adjust by just lifting the switch up and leaving the spring attached

    rear brake switch

As eab has said it looks like the one above They have a habit of corroding and not working right they can be taken off and pulled apart and cleaned They can also be adjusted too which I hope that's all it is It is located above the rear part of the brake lever you have to remove it from the bracket and there is a screw on the bottom part which is what you screw up or down to adjust
  19. ive never once drained a system to put new fluid in always just bleed it through and it will pull the old stuff out simple as has been said already may aswell do the lot if you can oil and oil filter are easy as is brake fluid providing you dont let air in and make sure you dont spill any on paint it will strip it read the manual on valve clearance check too its easy to check a little harder to adjust if you havent done it before
  20. its personal choice i would go for gel every time
