It depends on how well you value your bike. There are plenty of cheap Chinese manufactured units out there. I have a couple of Trackers on my bikes. Not the high end ones but reputable middle of the road. It depends if you want the tracker connected/power by bike or stand alone.

I live that ride every working day. I wouldn't go back to commuting in the car unless I absolutely had too. Although commuting has lead to make some manoeuvres I wouldn't normally do, just to get away from the morons on their phones and the weed smokers on their way home.

I used to have some reflective red tape on my old top box however; I do have some small reflective white Dakar decals on the back of the panniers. I was there on Monday, I left Tetbury heading for Broadway. Four attempts on the hill later I made it to Broadway. Roads were virtually empty. You have it nice down there, its the first time I've ever been down that area. I will be returning in the Spring.
