  1. I would normally take a disk lock and place it on the rear wheel. Bike cover for when I cant arrange covered parking or garage and a cable and lock.
  2. Have you given bemoto a call - just wondering what they say.....and quote you
  3. yeah and we wont get our Uber eats
  4. There's an old cliché, 'by cheap, you buy twice'. I wouldn't go for the cheap Chinese - I would sooner buy an older Aprilia
  5. Not bad, thanks.....
  6. Today by the Sand Dunes × Then the view out to Blackpool View out towards Wales
  7. Very nice looking bike indeed
  8. I don't think some insurance brokers even understand insurance
  9. The Last of the flying Brick - BMW K1200RS SE. A superb high speed mile muncher that could carry luggage and pillion - no problem however, the problem was the weight, brilliant for two up touring, but not something I enjoyed riding on a Sunday afternoon scratch for an hour or two.
  10. Sounds like Triggers Broom
  11. Happy Birthday - @rennie you deserve a day off.
  12. There's a nice little café there too
  13. A ride to somewhere different, an un-scheduled stop for a picture of the Pontypandy Aqueduct or whatever its called, its the highest and longest canal aqueduct in Great Britain. Then on to Barmouth, the place was packed, quick snap on the front and off I went. Just over 280 miles, some glorious roads on the way back, until I hit the M56. Took the A49 - A483 - A539 - A5 - A494 - A496 - A4212 - B4501 - B5105 - A494 In keeping with my Sh1te photography, a couple of pics below
  14. I would take the Grossglockner and Timmelsjoch over and over, all day long than do the Stelvio.
  15. Although the Stelvio is very stunning, it is also very overrated, but I suppose you have to do it at least once, or maybe twice
  16. We went to Norway in 2017 and were due to return on the Iona last year. Norway is one of my favourite places. Stopped in Olden and hiked up to the Briksdal Glacier.
  17. One hell of a steam train ride

    ATGATT

Personally I don't give a what others do. I'm ATGATT. Over 35 years I have collected enough gear for most riding conditions. On days like today (commuting) I ride wearing a Revit eclipse mesh jacket, Rukka forsair gloves, bull-it jeans, spada striders, HJC helmet, Kriega rucksack. I have seen many today wearing shorts and tee shirt. Having had an off, I wouldn't even think about just wearing shorts and a tee shirt.
  19. Air Source Heating is the devils witchcraft.
  20. Yeah we're off camping next week with the kids, off to Anglesey for a few days. On Friday I'm hoping to catch up with an old touring buddy who lives in Ruthin. We will probably end up trundling around the back roads.
  21. Cracking pictures. What is a toddle I'm assuming it's somewhere between a pootle and a bimble Thinking of heading that way on Friday for a ride out.
  22. Ah, I know the one. I usually turn back at Llanberis and head back to Pen-Y-Pass and then back on the A5 and over Denbigh Moors. (Due to Time) Weathers been kind for you.
  23. Cracking picture - which layby is that. I must have missed that one.
