My bike dosn't have a cancel button I have to flick it to the centre My old GS 125 had indicators like that, like a slider switch. Rather than a stick that you flick to one side (which centre's it's self) and push in to cancel. I much prefer the latter, I used to flick it to the opposite side when trying to cancel

I sometimes find myself doing it 3 or 4 times, either I'm paranoid or slightly OCD

I'm watching that, damn the intro was long on the pilot episode (thank god for Sky+ ) Was slow at first, but it's picking up a bit now

I would say reg/rec, My bulbs kept popping (and boiling the battery ) on my GS125, new reg/rec and battery sorted it. But it did have standard wiring so could be something else?

Excellent, I knew you could do it Welcome to the permanent grin club (again ) -
It's a cheap chinese copy if I'm not mistaken (you really do get what you pay for unfortunately), I haven't a clue where to start with a problem like that, other than check fuses. Are all the other electronics working (headlight, clock lights etc)?

can you coat the down pipes (and the rest of the pipes up to the end can), and the engine casing with this stuff? I would have thought the engine would get too hot and burn it off or something

Considering retest!

Perhaps it wasn't so much the route, as what went on that day. As I recall you had a bit of bad news My test route took me on roads that I'd never been on before and I passed my MOD2, I think it's more to do with state of mind, all roads are the same and you should be able to deal with anything that gets thrown at you (just avoid flying 2x4's ). Just remember, they cant fail you if you don't do anything incorrectly or dangerously, always try to make progress but stay safe while doing it, try and show confidence even if you're not. Fumbling to change gear while stationary at the lights on green because you forgot to knock it down before stopping doesn't make you look good -
Had my first Mod2 attempt today and....

Gread ride and astounding weather! First time at matlock, and first time to the cat. I also got to ride the A57 (Snake Pass) for the first time, as I followed techno up to Glossop on the way home. Good day -
Just inform them of colour change with your V5C (log book), it should be obvious with what you need to do if you look at it

33bhp feels amazing at first (from 11bhp ), but you soon long for more -

No offence intended but it seems you are treated like a toddler, do they not trust you or something? -

Learning test routes?
sparkeh9 replied to dingosteve's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
Imho it keeps you on your toes, if you know the route, then you become complacent and don't think about what you should be
