  2. It was for mortal kombat i think, didn't have it myself but a mate of mine was mad over it
  3. @rennie's got a somewhat improved body! Not sure about the budgie smugglers
  4. not a colour monitor and a separate disk drive, you must have been very well off We were reasonably comfortable, old man worked for British Gas and was on a reasonable wage back in the 80's, and i had some casual work after school and during holidays
  5. Snap... Then nothing until a Windows 3.1 laptop 15 years later... After i left home is was probably 20 years before i got another computer which i think was a Viglen 486 with 3.11, then it was probably another couple of years after that when i built my first PC and ran Win 95
  6. My first was an Amstrad CPC 464 with a colour monitor and a seperate disk drive
  7. Do it do it NOW i do mine every month regardless it is only a 10 minute job, and if you don't have time to ride it to warm up the chain use a hair dryer i got a cheap one for under a tenner
  8. It's pitiful behaviour........but pitiful appears to be what @Stu is looking for! This is the sacrifices my mods make just so they can sit on the forum instead of watching films That's no sacrifice i would have cut down on my porn watching now that's a sacrifice
  9. After i passed my driving test i used my dads car, i ended up crashing 2 of them and eventually wrote them both off within a year of passing my test, he then bought me a bike ( YB100) and i never had another accident that was my fault
  10. Having never ridden before you are thinking as a car driver, some aspects do overlap but you need to change your mindset, watch some YT videos on CBT training and watch what they do, look at their position on the roads, look at how and when they do their observations, and as said go and ride a pushbike learn how to counter steer on it, you will be surprised how much lean you can get with a pushbike
  11. were you auditioning for a part
  12. Spanner throwing is better Only if theres someone around to throw it at And it's not made in Australia
  13. If you had been riding a chinese bike, the judge would have laughed it out of the court room, hell he might have even given you compensation
  14. or fill in your log book saying you sold it, back dated before offences , make up a name and address and go push your car into a lake. He can't do that, he didn't get the Mod gig
  15. You're a Mod now you can use your powers to delete it out of existence
  16. I will get over it, as matter of fact i have a project in my head that i'm toying with, i have the rolling chassis from a mobility scooter and if i can pickup a motorcycle frame with V5 for liitle or no cost, i will make a Frankentrike , i can pick up a lifan engine cheap enough to power it, this would be a great project for me to be working on later in the year
  17. Yes, anything to help, just ask I hope I will be next summer at home to go to Croatia as well It must be something in the water https://www.thesun.co.uk/fabulous/11865635/married-couple-no-clue-needed-sex-for-baby/
  18. Youtube might be your best option about fitting one
  19. Checking tyre pressures should all be done as part of your pre ride inspection anyway So remove dust cap faff around to fit pressure gauge. Pressure ok. Refit dust cap. Ride. As opposed to Get on and move bike. Check pressure. Pressure ok. Ride. No idea on time as i always do my PRI's a couple of hours beforehand so i am all ready and set to ride when the time comes
  20. You could. on previous bike I thought pressure was good enough and tyres lasted 3k miles instead of usual 7k. Lesson learnt, always check the pressure to make the most of your tyres. Not to mention the safety side of it Checking tyre pressures should all be done as part of your pre ride inspection anyway
  21. As above test the bulbs and fuses, then check wiring and connections for damage/corrosion
  22. By the time you have messed about with all the gizmo's you could have connected a footpump give it a few pumps and off you go
  23. At least you have the right time of year to do it and get it sorted
