The image part is a full borderless A4 print using the best quality inks, and it's not your regular CMYK, these are printed with an 8 colour printer Quote

dynax Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 It's official the holidays are over, the telephone cold callers have started again Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 Had a great if short ride round the Wirral today. We were going to go into Wales but rain was forecast and I wanted to give the Bobber a run. One oddity was that part way through the day my Beeline went haywire. It turns out the phone had lost GPS signal. I don't know what's going on but there seem to be some bonkers motorists around today. In less than 100 miles we saw four pretty serious crashes and more than usual share of idiots thinking they could take on a bike. It did not end well for them Quote

Seen a couple of cars in hedgerows and one on top of a roundabout. Quote
billy sugger Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 (edited) Woman in moving traffic no hands on steering, instead she was using her mobile. Shouted at her to get off it. Do these effing morons leave their brains at home when they get behind the wheel? Next up was a recovery driver eating a takeaway, again while driving no handed. PS All this in a space of a couple of minutes today while out shopping Edited January 3, 2022 by billy sugger Quote

If i'm in the works van as a passenger I will video them and I make sure they see me recording them 1 Quote

Guest Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 I pass on learning as well as joy. Don't stand on nails, don't hit yourself in the shin with a log, don't put crisps into a wet bowl. Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Having worked through Christmas I'm off until Saturday. I'm taking our nine month old granddaughter to play on the swings for the first time. I think I'm more excited than she is. 5 Quote
MikeHorton Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 I'm watching this presently on amazon prime if anyone has it. Well worth a watch dubbed as its in German but no real issue. I like it as it's not some celebrity talking about themself more about the journey. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Himalaya-Calling-Overland-highest-passes/dp/B08KX58T6D 1 Quote

Mississippi Bullfrog Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 I ordered an OBDlink MX+ for the Bobber so I can access the ECu via TuneECU. The cheapest option was from Gendan Automotive. I've just had the following email from them: Hi Your product has been gently taken from our shelves with soft cotton gloves and placed on a cushion for its journey to the packing area. A team of 4 packers thoroughly inspected your item and polished it to ensure it is in the best possible condition before beginning the packing process. Our packing specialist from Sweden lit a scented candle and demanded silence from everyone in the office. A perfect ambiance is required to allow him to achieve packaging perfection. Once completed, we all had a wonderful celebration and the team marched to the delivery company, waving and spreading good cheer as we journeyed through Swansea. Everyone applauded, shouted Bon Voyage! and hugged one another as the van left. Your parcel is being cared for by Royal Mail Tracked 24. It should be with you in 1-2 working days. The tracking number of the item is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX You can track the item at I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at Gendan Limited. We sure did. Your picture is on our wall and we have nominated you for our Customer of the Year title. The whole team is pretty exhausted but can't wait for you to come back and shop with us again at www.gendan.co.uk Thanks and best regards, The Gendan Automotive Products team [email protected] https://www.gendan.co.uk 1 4 Quote
James in Brum Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 I’m thinking of getting a little car to have as well as the motorbike. Having my previous bike nicked has somewhat taken the shine off it all for me. I’ve spent the last four winters thoroughly enjoying riding whatever the weather and not given it a thought. Somehow now I am just thinking about the discomfort Quote
