Morning all. I’m taking advantage of my work’s 9 day fortnight policy today - “…get your work done, and take an extra day off every fortnight with no loss of pay or benefits…”. Last few days have been busy to get on top of the work, so am going to enjoy the break. In the garage re-spraying motorcycle parts. Heaven.

We had a really good holiday in Galicia just over the border in June. Rest of Spain was boiling the hottest we saw was 24.

Sat in meetings again, and I've sent e-mails to chase other bits of work while listening in, which I've run out of and voila. Here I am.

Just got a proper desk/chair setup at home, paid for by work, which is a lot more comfortable. It's a mystery how I've avoided back issues, hunched over a coffee table for 3 years, but wasn't something I was going to chance much longer.

Don't remember how but I managed to have a £5 credit on my credit card.

Probably bought something and return it after paying the full outstanding balance.

 

Now they are furious because by law they have to pay interest  

Much better than savings account
