Todays breakfast request was eggs benedict and as I had some muffins that were on their last days date I was happy with that. Whisked some salt and garlic pepper into the egg white before replacing the huge duck egg yolk in the centre, that was worth the effort. 

Went down well with requests for more which were denied on the grounds no-one would have room for roast beef later 😂

I love eggs benedict.

It's actually a hare and after jointing and boning out we will have the saddle tonight, soup from the bones and offal and a pie with the meat from the haunches.
