Slowlycatchymonkey Posted February 28, 2021 Author Share Posted February 28, 2021 Todays breakfast request was eggs benedict and as I had some muffins that were on their last days date I was happy with that. Whisked some salt and garlic pepper into the egg white before replacing the huge duck egg yolk in the centre, that was worth the effort.
