Replace the cable You have to be careful with throttle cables if they have ptfe liners as oiling them can make the liner swell up and grip the cable

I always carry a puncture repair kit and a pump at all times I have managed to squeeze the repair kit under the front seat and the pump is just in the top box I use a small AA plug in pump this is the smallest pump I could find at the time I won't entertain rechargeable ones due to their origin and lack of quality control and the risk of the battery going pop when you might need it most and a wired one never goes flat! CO2 canisters can be a waste of time! you need about 6 or 7 to fill a rear tyre

Just start and ride! You are doing more harm leaving the bike to idle than you are riding The majority of engine wear is done in the first few sencods of starting the bike and once the oil is flowing all is good By the time you get to your favourite roads the engine will be more than warm enough

@travelmatees Your post wasn't inappropriate the trouble we have on forums is people join up and post a video to gain followers and earn wonga without actually contributing to the forum! This sort of thing does wind people up but stick around get stuck in and keep posting those videos

That's only an issue with the Bluetooth ones with the microphone as if you have a cardo headset it just replaces the speakers and plugs in to a 3.5mm socket. The cardo uses the original microphone. Is there no way you can strap the microphone in to the helmet? A couple of bits of tape or velcro would work

I have used custom plugs for the last 5 years I was just wondering what earplugs if any you had used before and what you thought to the difference I used to use 3M Neons and they was awesome for noise isolation but not so great on comfort on long days 6 hours plus of riding which is usually every ride for me I have the Mercury earplugs and got them from the NEC show. This year at the show I am intending on getting some with built in speakers as due to health issues a few years ago I have lost a certain amount of hearing and I am struggling sometimes to hear people on the cardo

The only real way to be sure is to check if you have any restriction codes on your licence or what categories you can ride! Post a photo of the back of your licence

You can get some fantastic deals on the 1250 at the minute due to the 1300 coming out! The dealers are just getting rid cheap! I saw a really nice low mileage 2 year old on for 13k I was half tempted myself
