Unless you have a separate ballast you can't repair those lights. The alternative would be getting a strip of LEDs and replace them. Is it worth the trouble? Will you be saving enough?

You will find high temperature spray paint online. I bought some years ago when my iron got all scratched. The one I found was for temperature up to 800 degrees Celsius

I always replace them with proper ones. I think the yellow crap motobatt ones are even worse with those weird Allen Chinese tiny ones and bent connectors

Sounds like the air sensor is causing the problem. Can be from dirt to not plugged properly and becoming loose. Or faulty which I would be surprised with a new bike. What you explain as result of the issue sounds like the temp sensor is picking returning low temperature signal to the ECU. That's the sensor in air intake usually at air filter case

Once you rinse properly with clean water it shouldn't be a problem. Ideally after a deep clean and waiting for it to dry you would run it for a few minutes empty to burn any eventual residues left by cleaning products. Stay away from bleach and any other corrosive cleaners as they will damage the heating element.

That comes with age. And the need for toilet every 2hrs
