Hi welcome. You are going to have to find a local bike shop or similar to help you with that. YouTube is good for looking at the basics, ideas of what is needed to be done etc. should be plenty on there for that bike l would have thought. Good luck

Looks a well used bike but that's what they were made for l believe. If your happy with a bit of tinkering then go for it, most of the rust looks superficial. What do you mean by injector light?

The only time I ever had a ride on a 250 superdream was when I had one as a borrow bike while my CB900 was in the workshop. ( Cam chain ). I think it was quite probably the slowest 250 I've ever ridden, ever. I remember it well for that very reason. Good luck with the sidecar stuff l think that's a great idea.

I use 2 fingers on mine. (Same brakes) There are loads of options out there though especially if you search mt or XSR, like dog leg variety. Beware of eBay Chinese rubbish though, go branded.
