Get a cheap 125cc bike, ride it about on L-plates, build up your no claims bonus so that when you do turn 24 you will be able to do the das in a few days, and have cheaper insurance on a bigger bike as you will have one years NCB.

Just pay for the lesson and borrow the bike for the test. At least that gives you chance to get used to it.

No, what bikes are advertised for and what they shall for are two very different things. dealers are advertising them close to 3k because that includes dealer services and they expect people to haggle them down a bit. You can't sell a bike privately for the same price dealers advertise them for!

Cost 3k, you sell for 1.5k, you still paying off the loan and only have 1.5k to put towards the next bike... Lots of 0% finance deals at the moment so might be better paying off the loan and starting again with a new bike on zero percent finance.

Oh they are going to mug you for all your money when you attempt to do that...

Torx heads are so much cooler than allen bolts. harder to round off too Would it be possible to replace every screw and bolt on a bike with Torx head bolt? probably... my BMW bike uses torx head fasteners almost exclusively

So the moral of the story is to speed in the most inappropriate places as there is less chance of getting caught...

I thought WK bikes were indestructible?? How old is it? A clutch cable isn't a service part so should last many years. If it's broke get your dealer to replace it free of charge.

Yes. After paying £90 for a metal shell the households displaying them don't have any spare cash worth stealing. Or if they did, they'd spend it on more non-functioning unstealable goods. It not metal, it's top quality premium yellow plastic!! They sell like hotcakes on eBay.. people like them because ADT systems are monitored so if the alarm goes off the control center call the police. If you have a row of houses and one has an ADT alarm box and the others don't, the idea is that the criminals will rob your neighbours and not your house with an ADT box.

Only good for off road bikes. Can't get a heavy sports bike on them as they are too heavy for the maximum nose weight of the towing hitch. Funnily enough I'm close to buying one. I'm selling my three bike trailer and getting one of those racks for my enduro bike.

Yeah that looks good! Great price too. I'd happily have something like that, but I know the other half would say it's too big. Good idea about renting them out... It could easily earn it's keep..

better to base your project on a japanese bike than try to build something nice from a lexmoto.
