  1. Then theyre so incompetent even they have to leave those jobs and then try to run businesses and risks other people’s livelihood! the downward spiral continues in their wake.
  2. Maybe all that messing about with the brakes and bike made it die or feel left out ?
  3. Knobblies hahaahahhaa
  4. Not entirely. some corners tighten up mid way through a lot which catches out many so not just to speed. Nothing worse than have big bother (asc) clocking you the whole journey, having to keep a 1000cc in this lowly speed when they can do 90+ in first and even in -4/5 gear roll on acceleration or creep of 10mph gain is very easily done, so without wanting to be slapped by fines and points dampens a potential enjoyment of a road.
  5. Some scientist evidence.

hi and welcome. to be honest the 660 is certainly more focused than your cbr which as you put it the best all round bike, and a significant amount of cash to splash on it, which is a very quick way on brushing up the other half double quick time… some will say Yey jump to it but I’d be putting a little more thought of what it is your really after, why and what you think this bike does/if or will fill that?
  7. Funny enough of adding the gif but from memory MotoGP, wsbk, endurance, bsb dont have abs and all my bikes bar one didnt have abs. Not to state is a terrible thing to have mind.
  8. Cheaper to just get a better spec oil from a trusted manufacturer than add random stuff from a bottle, question to ask yourself is what is in the sea foam? How much of each element or chemical and why? Then see what’s in your oil and how much and why? So does adding something what is in the sea foam to the oil neutralise an additive or package that is beneficial in the oil that you already paid for? Or does it add more of something that is already in but is already has alot in but you’ve just doubled it- then does it need double? Then does that have an after effect of what is already in it? Does it have the possibility of increase wear, heat or foaming or lack of protection to metal parts? all ill say is just make sure you know what your adding and why, then if your happy with the positive or more importantly the very potential negative results could be.
  9. first the thought it was done on a budget and they dont do much riding other than just to go to work on it, the other train of theory is the rear of the mich for the miles and wet weather prowess with the high support of the firm carcass (corner and brakes) and rounder profile (almost needs muscling) of the dunlop (less drop in) but id doubt thats the reason why.
  10. as bender said first but to point it further, a single cylinder if your on a budget but a twin cylinder below 600cc will be the sweet spot.
  11. ok for fuel but for oil i wouldnt. oil has (even the cheap grades) have lot of good additive's and properties already in if your concerned anout the oil just change it now but use the next grade up from what is in. so you could just to get a slightly more premium oil say with ester content.
  12. . if the suspension set up (depending on bike/setting) and tyre pressures not changed (if necessary) to accommodate the weight and its biase balance. this will give the rear tyre and shock alot of unnecessary stress, higher wear and worse handling.

    advice

or slight over fueling as the fuel isn't burning enough in the chamber and getting into the manifold/exhaust
  14. as a general rule michelin set them up (design) so they were generally very evenly so they last a long time but replace at the same time but sometimes ive read with trials or road versions of those the fronts can wear quicker than the rear. if your killing rears really faster that fronts its either rider habit or bike set up. contis aint a bad tyre, its more of what you want out/need them to do differently to what your old tyre couldn't...where the michs too soft carcass so its vague and bouncing even with high pressures, drops into a corner suddenly, wears weirdly? if so then pir/metz/avon/contis reasonably if same typr/models,selected in that order.
  15. doing u turns and going down the road you came comedown is safer as you know whats state the road is at with cambers, water, pot holes, farming debris.....
  16. you could as they are the same make, model, similar profile, not 100 miles difference in compounds etc but personally i wouldn't. you might aswell put a pr4 or even a pr5 on the rear especially since it will be cheaper than the 6 anyway.
  17. or wemoto
  18. actually you stop living aging but still age the same under human circumstances from the perspective of birth date and time stamps.
  19. id definitely agree with you, talking out of their arses with full of bs especially if its outside of they're fancy london area office block. the mofos cant even get the weather right with all the offices, bases, satellites and random people stating their predictions and stats are very wrong!
  20. depends on the road and its conditions really so it s not wuite one sided bs. quite frankly the pedestrian has the care and duty to watch out for shite that could harm or kill them too, if you dont see or more importantly hear a motorcycle coming on a road that doesnt have a designated crossing at the time that is designated for you then equally your at fault for not following the rules... thats my basic slap of the wrist on that.
  21. as all post have valid points! as something slightly left field i got a mount for the car (transversal) on a tow bar mount for a "heavy" 50cc tht could mount much bigger bike but quite frankly cumbersome and fixing it securely even with two large rachet straps to the car was a completely hit and miss. it was either it secure to 90mph on a bouncy back road, to its scratching the f out of the car, to ohhh when did it decide to unmount itself? . Bender is correct and would be best but do you have space to place it somewhere secure? if not then an alternative method might be needed? just a big as ford transit sports van.
  22. accidentally posted.
  23. ASC same on the m6 and 5 for years now? great to filter and get that lovely warm feeling passing a really long stretch of stopped boxes, not been done that for years now, ahhh memories. funny but he did it on purpose and just to let you know van man is big enough to bully yet small enough to harass everybody else and dont givs a toot, they behave like a games master and plays by there rules.
