Boothy Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 As TC is saying you can do it for next to nothing.I carried a 2 man tent, sleeping bag, roll mat and various other bits and bobs from Derbyshire via Tuxford to Keswick just using luggage nets and a Oxford waterproof cover. May need a 'police escort - wide/long load signs to get up t'Rally!Also, will need to transport the fuel (unless Alan will bring 40 gallons of Aviation Fuel with him;) ).Weather looks good - Only raining all day Friday and Saturday with 'prolonged heavy showers' on Sunday.
