Probably not. They were riding blades years back, and they'd reach max warp on them too.

Round here though the police have been cutting back on their motorcycle department. My guess is they're considered to be a bit unwoke.

Never knew that, although I was passed by a Police Bike on the M6 a couple of years ago, not sure what sort of bike it was, it looked like a blade but it had panniers on which confused me, never seen a blade with panniers on. Whatever it was it was a sports bike.

Be very wary of anyone riding fast but smooth wearing a white helmet.....

They have unmarked Yamaha R1s as well and you would be hard pushed to see any lights on them even if standing right next to it.

come to Northumberland, they scrapped the bike dep a good few years ago as officers were at greater risk of getting wet or breaking a fingernail.

GMP have one thats used on the Bikesafe events. Usually its ridden by the teams Sargent. Not sure as he will let anyone else near

I doubt if a Panigale would be up to the rigours of Police work with those stupidly fragile wheels .
