  1. From how I understand it you had two years to claim the entitlement. After that time you have to take the test again
  2. you can get universal gear indicators like these https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1311&_nkw=universal+gear+indicator&_sacat=0 Doubt it'll have an official add on.
  3. Bloody hell!! You are absolutely right. Fly tipping will become unimaginable
  4. I'd be leaning towards the new ones. Nothing at all wrong with secondhand (Every vehicle I've ever had has been!) but if the price difference is only that much you might as well get new and have the warranty and the peace of mind of knowing the exact history.
  5. Kwak for me as well
  6. Strange. I saw heated butt plugs
  7. @Stu Probably would be!! I have actually thought about making a false ceiling with white cladding. Wife doesn't like idea though
  8. Wife wants me to put a fitting similar to this above the table in dining room. And no I'm not allowed to move the table underneath where current light is Just such a pain. Will have to move all furniture in bedroom above. Take up laminate floor, take up floorboards. Then sort the actual electrics. Then the ceiling in dining room has wood chip paper with years of different paint on it. So will either have to remove it all or try and somehow match it when filling old hole. Too much bloody work which is why I haven't done it yet
  9. @bonio just done a bit of googling and you've hit the nail on the head Looks bloody daft still
  10. One year I would love to hear you both do a duet to this song
  11. Nice job I know the pain, all my walls, ceilings, floors, doorways etc are wonky. Makes doing even simple things like wallpapering a pain Another thing I've noticed with some builds that I cant explain is why they put the light fittings approx 2 feet from the window rather than central to the room. I've moved the ones in my kitchen and bathroom. Living room one is ok as are the bedrooms. Still got one in utility room to shift at some point as well. Anyone know why they did it that way? looks stupid and is a pain in the arse to redo as theres so much work involved for what it is.

  16. My Wife and I were sitting in the living room discussing a living will. “Just so you know, I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug,” She got up, Switched off my laptop and threw out all the beer

    Test rides

I was ok last September to take a CAR out for a test drive. You would think if that was acceptable then a bike wouldn't be an issue.
  18. Makes you want to go back to the days of "made in Taiwan"
  19. It always worries me when I put a shower door up. They weigh a fair bit and are held onto the bracket with two little screws usually. Even more worrying when its cheap made of cheese screws

    MOD cuts

Piss off!!! I'll have you know it's a very upsetting time for me now. I can't go in my hot tub until the cut has healed and I ran out of my favourite bourbon last night
  21. Happy birthday!!
  22. Got away without doing shelves. However I managed to slice my finger open cutting a length of hosepipe
