Years ago I worked for a company that was situated on farm land (the barn had been converted into an office and the boss lived in the farm house) One of the engineers decided it would be fun to drive his car around the fields which were on a steep decline. You guessed it, once he got to the bottom his car wasn't able to make the climb back up I always wondered how he explained that one to the boss who had to tow him out with his Landrover

Same here. Bought one of their 200 piece socket kits nearly ten years ago now and its held up to a lot of abuse. I've lost the allen keys somewhere and I did break one of the torx sockets (I may of used it in my impact wrench, still got replaced though ) If anything its the plastic case it came with that was crap, its held together now with about a full roll of duct tape -

I was riding back from a charity event at Catterick years ago when I saw a huge group of Harleys coming up behind me in my mirrors. I pulled over to let them pass. Turned out to be the back patch wearing kind of group so I probably made a good choice I really doubt they would of done anything at all other than overtake me but it felt to be a sensible thing to do at the time

I blame my Wife for my weight gain!! when we first started dating she kept telling me I was far too skinny and needed to put on some weight before we got married as I would look emaciated in the wedding photos. Approx 6 months before we got married 16 years later at my heaviest Its all her fault, she never told me to STOP putting on the weight!!

Approx 3 years ago my Wife lost 22kg by walking She used to go for walks everyday, got to the point where anything less than 8 miles felt pointless to her!! On a morning she would go to work for 6am, park her car and do a 2 hour walk before starting work! She fell out of the habit though and has since put approx half the weight back on. I'm writing this in small font as I will be absolutely slaughtered if she reads this!!!!

@NeilM It's scary how quickly you can lose fitness without realising. A few years ago I could happily (maybe not too happily!) bang out 50 push-ups without too much effort as they were a regular part of my routine. Doubtful I'd get over 20 at moment without struggling. I need to get back into doing something, anything, as the only exercise I get now is at work. Thankfully I'm on my feet all day moving when I'm there as if I had a desk job feck knows how big I'd be

I've stuck with Virgin Fibre optic for several years as it's miles better than what you can get down regular phone line for this area. My Brother-in-law lives approx 2 miles from me and can barely watch a video on youtube let alone have netflix or similar! I remember when I lived in Cornwall approx 20 years ago. If you didn't have Orange or Vodafone you pretty much couldn't get a signal on your phone
