Would help saying which ones youve been to currently? Yeah dont bother with dealers or random bike shops, proper bike stores are best bet. Sportsbikeshop, jands Accessories to name a few.

Bob the scuttler! may i just add to the poor design and the ergonomics of churching and eastern torture i mean just look at that seat and bar position... last time i sat on abike with a church pew seat and bent over to reach for the bars was on the well reknowned most uncomfortable bike which goes to the husky svartpilin which I couldn't bare it for more than 7seconds! then i felt the need to call the police...that bar is even lower than the SrapeVillain. shocks and lights look like a aliexpress express special, is that a regen unit on the fromt wheel or another motor? That then reminds me of the failed yamaha 2wd/all wd bike that was done with ohlins... -

Thanks for the extra details bender and sounds about right... Im sure there is a few more details to add. tool with nangkang tyres on in cold slimy conditions or diesel on the road (ive suffered from that a good few times in the car and bike but im sure most will say to teen was just being tool... Husoi i agree out of first thought but its not always before they start or when they get the licence, it's afterwards thats the problem, mostly attitude and lack of skill that makes things more difficult! So i agree but particularly with bender. maybe wish for forward thinking of black boxes and tracking for certain individuals or risk groups? Or just everyone? Thats for a different discussion im sure. My long bug bare is that the government /dvsa have introduced an enduring stepping stone licence saga for motorcycles... but never introduced such measures to a car licence aswell... Get it wrong on a bike at best you'll really hurt yourself so self control and preservation is higher regarded (unless the individual is proper loon) but in a car it's an insurance claim. So if you see the fail army vids to prove a point...Any noob with money can just buy or rent what they want (within insurance permitting) just anything without any skill or attitude test beforehand which test their luck with the car ecu to try and make up the difference of the dump meat sack controlling upto 1000hp 2.5ton death machine battering ram where in an accident the muppet will most likely survive but the innocent bystander(s) will be the one who suffer greatly. Now this could open up for other points and discussions but i'll leave that book closed. in work places (unless were talking very specialised like army, mining etc) where the vehicle could be pretty much the same, operate the same, going slower but you still need separate licences for each one and retests 3-5years for yet the risk of accidents are generally lower... go figure. -

Once you can unscrew that bolt plus a couple of others and push fit bungs well hidden out of sight its just a case of un fitting and refitting the panel back in place. -

JIS screws that honda use need JIS screw drivers, otherwise you have a very high chance of rounding the head off. -

With the way they are going, people will run the risk of not having insurance or finding ways around from not having not it directly and screw everyone over and /or will cost the insurance industry more...mofos. -
Glad to be helpful, paying it forward! yep some of my happy times was on a inline 3 even though im back on a inline 4 just because the bike fits my current needs not just its my preferred engine configuration, but i know that they ain't for everyone! But if your used to and happy with a twin keeping to to a two cylinder or possibly venturing out to a three with be more familiar than a screaming 4. going from a chopper to a adventure is a big step so while you get a test ride make sure you get plenty of ride time with them... now due to you not "thinking of them" its always good to think and break things down. 1) positive points - why? 2) negative points -why? what could be done to address the negs, how much and is it worth it? would they affect the positive if they got addressed? Then it's easy to work out its position of long time ownership. Any more help, just ask us all.

now im not one to say this is definitely better bike because i have one type.. Everyone is different, different requirements and appeals so i'll treat it the same of from perspective of plus and minus as those minus might not bother you... ktm owns husky and just like vw group just minimal body panel changes allowed.The husky is just the exact same model of a ktm in less kids colours graphics, less comfortable depending on model and costs more. Well selected Second hand bmw will be a wiser choice over new, serve well, refined choice and hardly lose money on at px time. guzzi will be costly to buy new and pcp to other brands, has some quirks (engine configuration of a transverse v twin and its style of driv) which may or may not appeal to you,but charming as hell. kawa and suz, cant go wrong basically but just depends if you like team green with their inline 4 engine or prefer the part red blue team with a v twin engine, but roughly thats main difference. triumph might not be as fully complished of hitting the high marks as the japs bikes for every box but its still close. The yama is its closest rival especially with engine characteristics, looking far less plastic fantastic, more sophisticated. The triple engine is just soooo good, sounds awesome, smooth but has something about it to engage, good torque throughout the range and power that not peaky. now for normally I wouldn't advise the bigger bike 1200 and the 900s power is more than enough but hear me out. the 900 rear seat is sloped forwards so she'll be tilted forward which may make her butt/spine sore after a while as a presure point, spend time and energy trying not sliding into your back. the pegs for her might be a tad lower to get on but a stretch when on the bike and still see mostly your back. Your seat height abit higher and pegs too into relation so you'll be slightly cramped up and the way its sculpted out might affect parts infront and behind your hips after awhile depending on your size. the 1200 pillion seat is flatter angled and and the pegs just a tad higher for security while on the bike but nowhere near superbike level of torture. for you the seat is more sculpted out and the pegs are lower for you, that might depend if your more long legged or not. also springs and valving should definitely be closer out of the box for your weight, without having to go closer to the upper end of its adjustment. That is my educated guess so definitely try out both properly if the triumph is one you'd consider. the other manufacturer is ducati, reliably very good these days and they're service is very good. not the cheapest when it does need a service but less often in mileage so if you do the mileage it works out cheaper in the long run, very good residual. If you stick with the main manufacturers, you cant go wrong, its just finding what fits you both with the correct favour to appeal.

Thing is dates looked at in the msv calendar the year before so they are set and released to customers or private events organisers (no limits) well before hand. they have other events and duties over the other days in the weeks so They try their best to under the circumstances...but really it just sh1t happens... if a service or product was not as intended or up to scratch then by all means, throw the book at them. if you booked a bsb show day or a holiday and the weather was sh!t would you demand a full refund? You wouldnt get very far bar any insurance or cover to state otherwise. msv did years ago have a policy or cover for unusual weather or certain reasons to cancel with aim of a refund or credit as an extra but i dont know if they are still doing it.

Yea you just gave it a speedy rear entry inspection.... At least two things, it was a slower closing speed as it was going your way and hit its softer fat ass rather than speeding towards you with beak like a pick axe in your visor/helmet. id say it will be ok with a new helmet rather than one thats 10yrs old used daily. I hit a sparrow glance the clutch lever and my fingers when it just flew out of a hedge. weird saw it like bullet time and moved but still just caught it to upset its path but wasn't dead til the car behind made sure and ran it over..poor little bugger, felt bad about that for days. brother did a big pheasant on the way to rockingham in the cars while on the massive 4lane perside arrow straight dual carriage way. Bloody thing couldn't make its mind up which lane or even if it wanted to cross in the first place as it went across the deserted daylight road and back thd lanes, 70+ and all i saw from behind was a massive flume of feathers but no bird. Anyway called him to say he still has the take away with him so pulled over to pull the very massive pheasant out that was at first look seems reasonably alive, mate did the last rite but was more pissed that didn't do it on yhe way home otherwise hed be wanting to take it home for tea . lucky it didn't damage the radiator but £500 of the fan, grill and spoiler, if that thing hit a bike i dont think it would have been good for anyone. they are defo not bright or much into self preservation. Off roading while in a friends car that travels along this private road multiple times a day. He doesn't interact with them at all, hundred of the little ones on this lane at barely 5mph, they wouldn't move off the lane even though there was an unblocked view of the acres of fields next to the lane and generally they weren't bothered at seeing the siblings or friends a lot smaller than before and even moving infront of the tyres wanting to be "the cool kid" while the car drawled alone... that did take me by surprise.
