Is there any objection to me posting on the site somewhere a non bike sale item for charity. We're waiting for my wife's cancer op and I'm sat at home being useless and just want to raise some funds for cancer research UK. I sell gents traditional razor sets and would like to auction one on here I'll pay the postage for whoever gets it and round the cash up to the nearest tenner

Waiting for the Op it's the 8th of Dec so not bad considering only had the diagnosis on Tuesday. Unfortunately we are number 9 on the covid hotlist so just hoping people stop in and stop getting covid we don't really want a delay on the op.

Fingers crossed it goes smoothly, reckon as the numbers are going down you’ll be ok

Regardless of the sometimes scathing things I have to say mainly about the way the NHS is run I’m actually it’s number one fan (secretly rather proud we have something so marvellous) and for things like this it does and amazing job. You’ll be in good hands.

Grrr... was meant to be going to my sister for dinner tonight (she lives on her own but I'm her support bubble, and go every Friday), so when my other half offered to make me a very large and very late lunch I declined for that reason. "No", she said, "its Thursday today. I'll make you something."

 

Anyway, just sitting here with an empty plate and a rather large tummy, looking at my calendar which tells me that it is indeed Friday. Will now cancel dinner
