Hoggs Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 (edited) So @mike_smith got pretty much all of the tags last year which meant I couldn't be lazy and just repost them so we have ALL NEW TAGS [APPLAUSE] Remind me what I need to do….. 1. Go to this thread and grab yourself a unique number: 2. Check the map here to find out where you need to go: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1zkNydBJldc62Yqhrm1poCQvvT6tuuqKP&usp=sharing Alt link: https://www.google.com/maps/@54.3947953,-7.2577555,6z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!6m1!1s1zkNydBJldc62Yqhrm1poCQvvT6tuuqKP 3. Take a picture of you or your bike outside the location with your number in sight 4. Post that picture in this thread 5. Update your point total (found in your profile). @rennie will shout at you repeatedly if you do not do this. 6. Have fun! General tags. This year there are FIFTEEN tags per mainland UK region PLUS bonus rounds in the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland PLUS AS HE WAS MOANING SPECIAL PINK FIFE TAGS FOR @husoi (don't say I never do anything for you lot) This year it's 10 points per tag as usual with the 50 point bonus for completed regions. To make people's life easier if I flake out there will be a magic spreadsheet that will add stuff up So as the regular players will know we have a bonus round, this year whilst racking my brain for some things that are everywhere I came up with... PETROL STATIONS! We all have to fill up so some of these should be easy! You also don't have to fill up there obviously I have been on the internet long enough to know people have very strong feelings with certain fuel brands. Anyway the list as follows: 1. BP 2. Shell 3. Esso 4. Jet 5. Asda 6. Tesco 7. Morrisons 8. Texaco 9. Sainsburys 10 Applegreen OR Harvest Energy Pub Round - As usual, list of 10 pubs, get a pub with one of the below names get 10 points, get all 10 get 50 points bonus. We've gone through most of the common names so they are getting a bit weird, I will be nice-ish in terms of flexibility on the names. If in doubt ask on the discussion thread. Seven Stars Phoenix Halfway House Unicorn Miners Arms Duke of Wellington Pheasant Spread Eagle Bird In Hand Woodman Junction Five Bells Edit: I just noticed there are 12... so all 12 for the bonus! As always this thread is for PICTURES ONLY. If you want to moan.. I mean.. discuss the challenge in any way please go here: Will Hoggfather get the first tag of the year again? Let’s find out….. GO GO GO!!! Edited December 31, 2020 by Hoggs 7 1 Quote

JackieOWheels Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 Ok, so I tried to get all the petrol stations nearby me but only managed to find 7 as the one for Jet has now changed to a Esso. So Shell, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury, BP, Tesco and Esso. Don't think there is a Texaco until I get near England; will try and find one when I venture down south. So 70 points, yay not last. 1 Quote
