  1. Its the wrong bearing then . Check the sizes /numbers on the side of bearings some manufacturers use different bearings on either side ie sprocket carriers are larger than wheel bearings
  2. If its the same they have to be pressed in or driven in with a hammer and a bearing tool they dont just slide in . Do not hammer the central part of bearing only the outer edge . If the old bearing outer case is empty use that as a drift Or a Large socket that sits on the outer edge of the bearing .
  3. Look at the licence categories that you require to ride certain electric bikes ... power rated in kw
  4. There is no official definition, but since he was passing stationary vehicles on the offside and over the centre line causing others to have to move to let him pass, that is overtaking according to the Highway Code. I have highlighted the part in bold. You are citing rule 167 which is for overtaking. As I have said not relevant at all to filtering and he is doing filtering. There is oficial definition for filtering: Rule 88 Manoeuvring. You should be aware of what is behind and to the sides before manoeuvring. Look behind you; use mirrors if they are fitted. When in traffic queues look out for pedestrians crossing between vehicles and vehicles emerging from junctions or changing lanes. Position yourself so that drivers in front can see you in their mirrors. Additionally, when filtering in slow-moving traffic, take care and keep your speed low. and in Rule 211 It is often difficult to see motorcyclists and cyclists, especially when they are coming up from behind, coming out of junctions, at roundabouts, overtaking you or filtering through traffic. Always look out for them Means the drivers have a duty to look out for you when you are filtering. Hope that is clear for you know. Filtering is when you filter between the trafic - the one in your lane and the opposite lane if you filter offside or between your lane traffic and the curb nearside. You are confusing cars with bikes. Cars can't filter. Bikes can Nowhere does it say cars cannot filter ...
  5. Hence the kw power being given also

  10. Where did that come from? People changing fasteners from screw to torx/hex type are prone to buying the generic cheap kits off ebay which will chew the head up just as much as a screw head would

Give the carb bowl a few gentle taps with hammer handle / screwdriver handle to see if this cures it ( can dislodge the piece of crud thats causing the float to stick /

  15. Re the dimming trace the cable leaving the generator and follow it until you find the first harness plug and check that for corrosion / damage
  16. My apologies i forgot the word' starter' http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTA4MVgxMDQz/z/lOEAAMXQVT9S1sTO/$_1.JPG Is what i mean . Its where the battery and starter cable meet . The connections on the 4 terminal block loosen/corrode on the plug that plugs into it What you're holding is the indicator relay that shouldn't cause any running issue
