Its not a surprise there has been rumours for quite a few months and management saying it was just gossip but it looks like it was correct.

It's a real shame I'd have liked to have seen the atlases going into production the first affordable Norton in many years. I hope something happens to rescue the brand

the market segment they aim for is dwindling fast .. the rest won't pay their price tag .. not when there are other alternatives that are much more competitive .. nostalgia only works for those that are nostalgic .. for Norton that is a very small pool ...

shame... probably something to do with climate change again .

The trouble with relying on nostaligia as a marketing angle is that it is a thing of the past.

Never ridden one. The reviews were never that great. Anyone here had a go?

Shame to hear as I've always fancied having a Norton. Piece of British engineering.

I might move it up the list now as they're likely to get stupidly expensive over the next few years. Anyone seen the old stroker 250s? I'm still beside myself that I turned down a near mint Aprilia RS250 for £2200. I thought it was too expensive. Blimmin things are £7k now

These were the bellends who were right behind Brexit and said it would give them great opportunities!

That worked out well didn't it?

They have been struggling for almost 2 decades, Another way to look at this is that being in the Union provided the nails for the coffin, perhaps and only perhaps if we had left sooner the writing would not be on the wall?
