You must be minted, mine were £14.99 from Decathlon. I've managed to do 21Km in 2 weeks and I can tell their worth 😂

Can't beat decathlon. I have funny arches so for any running I'll need something a bit supportive or leg calipers so never cheap 🤣

I'll need to do a lot of running just prepared haggis neeps and tatties with whisky sauce. Apologies to any Scottish folk if it's not right but tastes amazing one of my fave dishes. May as well as its Burns night "Sláinte Mhath!"

Ha, Ha, I'm Scotch too and I love haggis but I can't stand whisky.   Whisky is cheaper over here in France and haggis is well known and appreciated where I live. You can buy it at the boucherie in the supermarket as "panse de brebis farcie"

And there is no need to apologise for anything. I can assure you that Scotch folk are the most tolerant and thick skinned people out.....just watch this space !

I've had under armour shoes for a few years now after moving over from New Balance. I treated myself to the project rock training shoes last, and they haven't lasted well. They are quite slippy in the wet, and I had to get a size 13 for my 11.5-12 feet. The regular line stuff is much better quality ironically.

I've just shifted back to Nike and got the below. I tear through shoes very quickly so seeing how these hold up.

They were on sale for £65 as everyone wants them in black or white. I like to try and *look* rich without spending rich. Means more money for bike stuff

Convinced the wife to have a nice drive out to the cotswolds Sunday it may involved a trip to the crazy horse farm house to see a few different bikes I omitted to tell her that bit 😜
