onesea Posted June 17, 2023 Posted June 17, 2023 (edited) A 10 hour shift driving a vehicle working, moving/ loading/ unloading weights on average between 50-100kg with temperatures in the high 20’s, with no break in the first 7 hours. With no requirements for air conditioning and no maximum working temperature. At least my next shifts are lates and nights. Edit: I raised the matter with management the response along the lines of: Swap onto a spare and report defect reported to line management. If there is not another vehicle to swap to, you should still work with the vehicle allocated. Edited June 18, 2023 by onesea An update. 1 2 Quote
