1. Very interesting I hope we can look forward to some bargains soon ! Cheers Ian
2. Presume collection details have been worked out? Cheers Ian
3. I am currently doing 81 miles each way which is why I am looking to change my employer. Irony is I like them but told them 2 years ago I would work almost anywhere apart from inside the M25 and here I am on a site in Barnet! Cheers Ian
4. Looking at the time of your post it seems fairly accurate! Date is way out though lol. Cheers Ian
5. You could've popped in for a cuppa Whereabouts are you? I am only up the road in Weldon lol. Cheers Ian
6. Guilty as charged! It was xtreme even by your standards lol. Cheers Ian
7. That’s a fecking boat. Agreed ! It`s what you would get if a Goldwing was allowed to mate with an inshore cruise boat. Cheers Ian
8. I am sorry but imho even it`s mother would struggle to love that ! Fugly doesn't cover it lol. Cheers Ian
9. The branch in Milton Keynes is very good and well stocked with helpful staff. Having said that if you are in Peterborough you will be virtually passing J&S factory outlet in Finedon and even though they are not as good you really should take a look especially at the stuff thats discounted to clear. Hope you find a good deal that works for you. Cheers Ian
10. That looks really nice. Would you mind putting up a pic of how your BMW ended up as I thought that was a nice progression. Cheers Ian
11. Whilst out pottering about stopped at that ford that Mawsley pictured his scooter at. Cheers Ian
12. Ouch ! £22 is a bit steep . I looked at that as well and thought it was a little steep. Might try and persuade Carol to come to the Sausage instead lol. Cheers Ian
13. Am I right in thinking that's the piece of road used in the opening credits of the antiques roadshow? If it is a mate showed it to me a few years back and I struggled to keep up with his 500cc trials bike on my ZRX lol. A lovely piece of road. Cheers Ian
14. Well done you. Now the difficult fiddly bits start lol. Cheers Ian
15. Good luck!!! Cheers Ian
16. Hi I am only a little way down the road from you Grumpy Old Git which garage did you use for MOT as I hope they are the kind of place where I wont have to remove my V&H pipes for the test. Cheers Ian
17. That's a classy looking garage lol. Cheers Ian
18. Jesus Christ on a bike I thought mine were pricy lol. https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/354697 Cheers Ian
19. Called into J&S this afternoon. Hand stuff was a lot more visible, shame the same can’t be said about their pricing uncertainty principle where you can either know the size of the garment or the price...but never both I hate the way sizing differs from jacket to jacket as well. How tough would it be just to adopt a universal sizing translated into inches? Going by the measurements on some of them my penis is a 5XL - the wife would strongly disagree! You are dead right ! We walked in fully prepared to purchase a pair of leather jeans and 2 sets of overtrousers and walked out wit a snood which matches her boots lol. Over to the Sportsbike shop where over trousers and lady`s winter gloves tried on, correct sizes worked out with helpful staff and away we went happy. Not difficult I would have said (Oh and covid details well managed and someone by our lids making sure we went home with the same one we arrived in). Sausage this morning was rammed I think everyone was treating it as a last hoorah ! Cheers Ian
20. If it's a trussed roof then dont go down this route. When we get damaged trusses on site we have to jump through quite a few hoops to get repairs approved. Cheers Ian
21. I would wrap bottom and sides leaving the top free to breathe. As husoi said there will be evaporation but it will take along time. Cheers Ian
22. We are heading out on the new Harley first to J&S Finedon then over to the Sportsbike shop M.K in search of some odds and sods for our impending week off at the end of the month. Cheers Ian
23. Hi bonio my preference would always be to cut out the affected board completely, I know Zinsser is a cracking stain block but I think oil would be a step too far. Also when you take out the board you might be able to wrap the ceiling joist with something that will isolate the oil within and prevent reoccurance. Cheers Ian
24. Please please please dont go and get done for speeding in the next few weeks now you have finally got this sorted Cheers Ian
