Is that an A10 that was once a chop when he were a lad?

Agree with death trap but probably got an MOT issued by some back street cycle shop lol.

Probably run forever.

So HE overtook YOU . So there must be some life left in it then . The tank is probably BSA but isn't that a Triumph emblem on the engine ?

No one with pretensions to being a hipster would look quite that grungy. My son's one and trust me, grunge isn't part of the look.

It's a sprung-hub Triumph, probably originally a 500cc Speed Twin circa 1950

 

I thought it was a Triumph .

He's probably registered it as a historic vehicle, so no tax no mot and no need to worry over emissions and will probably cost about £20 a year to insure :lol: :cheers:

I like it. To me it sort of embodies what I like about motorbikes. The bike is individual to him and he's out and about enjoying it. Not to everyone's taste but so be it.
