Another option I’ve been mulling over is funny / strange road names ( as suppose to places ) … if you see one, photo it as a tag, post it & explain why it’s worthy & if it gets say 5 likes then you can claim it. A local(ish) example is Cut Throat Lane. Unless @Hoggs feels one area of the country had an unfair proliferation of ‘Knob Ends’

Can you still receive phone calls?

So I’ve finally got my Cardo & I-phone talking to each other on the move for Satnav purposes … However …. Every time I get a notification it beeps or plays a fanfare & makes me jump and briefly distracts me, I’m not sure this is a great state of affairs, do I just need to go through all the apps & turn off notifications individually ( that would be a pita as I’d need to turn them on again ) or is there another way - asking coz I can’t be arsed to look for the answer

Do we know where and how to spot them? I have a couple of air horns & it sounds like fun

I’m sure there are many modular helmets with secondary flip down dark visors -as a wearer of glasses I find my Nolan to be very good in this respect.

I’ve not been diagnosed with anything related ( mainly because I haven’t mentioned it to the Doc ) but I have tinnitus that comes and goes, it seems to be definitely stress / hangover related, I can go ages without noticing it, although it’s probably there at a low level and suddenly it’s there with a vengeance.

I have a microfibre cloth that I use exclusively for cleaning my helmet ( Settle down there at the back !! ), got home today and wiped it down only to see it covered in a white residue ( for gods sake stop it you lot !! ), I sniffed it ( right! that’s detention for all of you ) and diagnosed that Mrs Mickly had used it to clean the inside of the windows at it smelled unmistakably of windowlene!! When confronted with the evidence she cracked, admitted her sins and gave me her hankie to polish it off. Foot note: I was of course in the wrong as I shouldn’t have kept it in the kitchen where I clean my helmet, but in my sock drawer
