Every week he would phone the shop up and complain that it was damaged he wanted refund.Till one week I took my time and posted each page individually, including supplements. Anything that was not stapeled together was posted individually.I was in the shop when he called, complaining about the paper being unreadable after being posted page by page. The shop keeper looked at me smiled then simply asked "was it damaged?"... Quote
