That means you can give your bike some contagious crap?

Maybe a computer virus...

That's more than enough reason to cancel your policy and go elsewhere. Legally they can't change the contract without giving you a opt out clause

Probably all of them soon enough. It'll be the "covid clause"

Fine I won't go to work, then there will be Hospital staff, care workers it could almost be said of all "essential workers".

I just can't work out how it could be applied . Unless they are covering themselves against loss or damage incurred in some unforeseen civil unrest that could be attributed to Covid 19 . They probably wouldn't be able to tell you if you asked them but they just stuck it in there incase the unimaginable occurs .

All it means is that they won't pay any part of your claim which was caused by covid.

So your bike might get stolen. A few days later the police find it and let you know; meanwhile they put in storage at £20 a day cost to you. The day this happens, you test positive for the virus, so you can't collect it, and you can't find anyone else to get it for you. Seven days later, you're £140 down. In this case they're saying they won't pay the £140.

Wtf, which insurer ?

Now I have tried to contact the company who gave me a phone number of the insurance company to call as it was not there responsibility to sell a policy that is fit for purpose as a broker....

Apparently I am insured to ride to work just no personal accident cover...

Did you buy personal accident cover as an extra when you took out the policy? Or was it thrown in as part of the package you bought?

 sandy vagina. Never heard it before. Urban dictionary definition for sweet sheltered people like myself

To have sand in one's vagina means to be bothered, annoyed, or angry about something. The vagina in question is a proverbial vagina; people of either gender  ...

The clause is telling me what I already know. If I am sick. Don't ride the motorcycle. Thats all there is to it.  The language is typical of a clueless but overkeen legal department. but thats effectively what it boils down to.
