We have a sign that says drive in the left lane unless overtaking, no one takes a blind bit of notice. 1 Quote

Tiggie Posted August 2, 2023 Posted August 2, 2023 Yep, all prep for tonight. I cut 5 slabs of fish today so approx 200 fillets. Then there's the barrels of chips, fish cakes etc. Then about 45 minutes spent scrubbing potato rumbler and chipper and cleaning the prep room down. My choice to come in so early, that way I get rest of day off. A lot of fryers I've worked with came in later and would finish in afternoon. That's a waste of the day to me 3 Quote
