I have always been "thick set" as they say, however, my cholesterol is a bit on the high side so I'm determined to lose weight. I have set a goal of losing 2 stone in the next 4 months.

I'm clinically obese. I need to lose at least 2 stone to be within the mid 16st marker. I've been clinically obese most of my life, even when playing rugby.

Well It's about time I did something. My motorcycle gear is getting too tight. So, I'm trying to do the couch to 5k. I started Friday with 3K and another 3K this evening. Using the NHS app. Start with a 5 min brisk walk then 60 second jog, then 90 second walk, do this eight times and a 5 min brisk walk home. God help me

Nope. Don't drink that much anyway, hardly any beer was consumed however, I do like to maintain a weekly intake of Polyphenols, in the guise of Red Wine.

My Schuberth C3 Pro is the quietest, followed closely by the HJC and then the Shark Sqwal @goat I know what you mean with the whistle, a quick tap on the side of the visor usually stops it for a while

Went out on the MT07 this morning, first ride since being knocked off the KTM. A little 40 mile round trip to the church yard to lay some flowers and a pot in the memorial gardens of my mother and father and my grandparents. Now off out with the wife and youngest for some food and a nice bottle of red wine.
