Empty laybys

I had to pop to Glasgow to help one of the kids prepare to move house. Motorway there but I decided to use a circuitous route home.

This lay-by is on the edge of a village* called Sorn (there must a pun there) not too far from Moscow.

*Shame it’s on the edge, otherwise it could have been the dead centre.

I’ll get my coat.

Found a rather large lay-by that was wonderfully empty and super convenient for me to take a few minutes in so that the average speed cameras could catch up.

I stopped on the A9 couple of years ago to admire a farmers gate.
