A couple kindly helped me pick some up (bike boots aren't great on slippery forest ground and they had walking boots on). Walking back to the car park they said they hoped she got a good mark for the project. I had to explain she's the teacher. I pay over £200 a month for the privilege of having:4 wheelie bins (paper, plastic and metal, garden rubbish and general waste that doesn't fit on the other ones) to be collected once a week on a 2 bin per 2 weeks for the garden and general waste then in between the paper and plastic/metal alternated,crap roads, idiotic traffic signsIce on the road during winter monthspaid parking on major towns and citiesLitter everywhereridiculous speed bumps that you can ride in between (even with the car)One thing the council offers for free and lots are potholes...
