We're going for a ride in my new car today

We're going to an ice cream farm, then lunch in a canalside Pub

 

Then tonight we're going to a local Pub to see a female acoustic singer

I'm off to Barcelona Sunday for a few scoops of Estrella

Been sailing had first effort on a SUP and stayed dry .

 

Didn’t get wet tomorrow similar plan but daughter is coming along, will be intrested to see if she gets wet.

Tomorrow I am going to Caffeine & Machine for a CRK (Cafe Racer Kit ) meet up - they sent me a free ticket.

Unfortunately my particular example is still with Road & Race Performance waiting for its  Dyno assessment, so I will be on the Speedtriple,

Went for a good ride today, coffee at Squire's, then coffee and a shite bacon butty at NY500, Scarborough which was heaving, Brid for fish and chips, back to Squire's for a blue brain freeze, then home for tea.

Stopping with my Dad in Morpeth as my mother has been hospitalised and it doesn't look too good. Not a surprise but still.....

Off to another high spot tomorrow, Burton Dassett in Warwickshire. Not as good as Matlock, but will be less crowded. There are some decent twisties on the way, like the B4525, but it's mostly a 50mph route now

Getting ready for a quick raiding mission to the Isle of Man. Just in time for the rain

Got the new spots on the bike this morning, set up the suspension, added a few tools,  cable ties and a roll of electrical tape to the puncture repair kit under the seat. With any luck the Bluetooth headsets will arrive today.

So who's going to join me NEXT WEEKEND at Coventry Motofest ?  The Ride In this year begins assembling at Draycot Water near Rugby at around 07:30 and departs for Coventry at 09:30 . All bikes are welcome . When you arrive in Coventry there will be plenty to see and do as the whole City Centre will be full of vintage and custom vehicles . I understand that there will be a return to live displays on the Coventry Ring Road . Here's some pics from last year's event.

Are you going both days?

I may well be able to do Sunday as I have to fully service the Tiger prior to our French trip and most other days are spent on the house modifications.

I could easily pop down on the Sunday for a chat but the Ride In only takes place on the Saturday  . By the way , did you ever remove the air filter badge ? I've just discovered the original badge underneath , which was nice .
