S-Westerly Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 I drink more than a litre a day of the stuff when I'm away. Probably doing me no good at all. 1 Quote

I never, ever drink that foul brew Liptons even if its ship standard. I've got Twinings loose-leaf but it's not that good, it's too fine. Quote
billy sugger Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 (edited) Twinings extra strong breakfast, you can't beat them. That's all I drink now Edited March 13, 2022 by billy sugger Quote
Tiggie Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 Yorkshire gold for me I like most teas, green, black or red. I found the hard way if I drink too much earl grey it keeps me awake all night with heartburn. Wasn't an issue a few years ago, must be getting older Quote

Bianco2564 Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 Gave up tea bags a few years ago, now use loose leaf tea, a teapot and strainer. Quote

Ditto but very disappointed with the loose leaf tea I have. More like loose leaf powder. Still I'll try and get some decent black Oolong in Singapore but that's going to be the end of April. 1 Quote

billy sugger Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 Sanding down some dining chairs. Although they were given to me they are in a poor state. I am sanding down to bare wood, then will stain/varnish them. Looks like the paint has been applied over some sort of varnish/lacquer in places, so quite a bodge job. All done by hand. 2 Quote

Leather Genie balm www.leathergenie.co.uk Got a free application on my new boots, surprised how quickly it dries. There is a cleaning cream and then you apply the protective balm and dries almost instantly. The boot got really shiny And not too bad price at £20 for the 2 tubs + 3 free sponges Edited March 13, 2022 by husoi Quote
Trooper74 Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 (edited) Went to Watch “BELFAST” with Jules and Connor.... That was scary ... like watching my childhood unwind on the screen. In 1969 my family and I were living in Argyle St just off the Shankill Rd .... All my family where Shankill born and bred ... I was 11.... The houses, the whole filum was my life at that age ... Except we didn’t move to England ...We moved along the coast to Bangor ... Brilliant filum capturing the true, horrifying, sprit of the times ... Edited March 13, 2022 by Trooper74 3 Quote
